A jury found Raymond Perez guilty in a child sexual abuse case. We commend the victim for her bravery throughout the legal process.

Washington County District Attorney’s Office’s Child Support Division is the top-collecting division of its kind in Oregon. The division collected $26 million for Washington County families.

Edwin O Hernandez-Rodriguez has been sentenced to more than 25 years in prison after a jury trial. The defendant was indicted in 2014 but fled the state until he was apprehended in 2023.

Sergey Kustyukov has been convicted on multiple charges in a domestic violence case.

James Leland Tijerina has been sentenced to 570 months in prison after he pleaded guilty to multiple charges stemming from two separate cases.

The Washington County District Attorney’s Office, in conjunction with our law enforcement and community partners, will distribute shoplifting warning signs to area businesses and help qualifying businesses upgrade their security systems.

Michael Aaron Victorio pleaded guilty to robbery in the first degree, unlawful use of a weapon- firearm, and felon in possession of a firearm- firearm minimum. He was sentenced to 140 months in prison by Judge Janelle Wipper.

A Washington County jury found Steven Neil Milner guilty of murder in the second degree, stalking, and violating a court’s stalking protective order (seven counts). He was later sentenced to life in prison.

Ryan James Darby pleaded guilty to bias crime in the first degree, felony assault in the fourth degree, and unlawful use of a weapon. He was sentenced to 60 months in prison.

The Washington County District Attorney’s Office has been approved for a $20,000 grant from the National Endowment for the Arts’ (NEA) Grants for Arts Projects program. This will support the design and creation of a sculpture honoring crime victims.
